The Publicity Club of New England held its 37th annual Bell Ringers awards on June 6th and Bishoff Communications was honored with two Bells for its work on behalf of clients.
• Bylined Article – Keeping in Context with the Community”

As part of an ongoing public relations campaign for Boston-based landscape architecture and civil engineering firm Geller DeVellis, Inc., Bishoff Communications wrote and secured a placement of a bylined article about contextual site design for affordable housing developments in Urban Land, the official publication of the Urban Land Institute.

PRSA Bronze Anvil

The “Keeping in Context with the Community” bylined article was also the recipient of a Bronze Anvil Award of Commendation from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).  The Bronze Anvil Awards and the Awards of Commendation were created by PRSA in 1969 to recognize outstanding public relations tactics.

2006 Communicator Awards

Bishoff Communications was recently recognized for its outstanding public relations work with three 2006 Communicator Awards. The Communicator Awards is an international awards competition founded by industry professionals to recognize excellence in the field of communications. We are honored to receive the following Communicator Awards:

• Award of Distinction - "Geller InSite Newsletter"

InSite is a quarterly e-newsletter produced by Bishoff Communications on behalf of client Geller DeVellis, Inc., a Boston-based landscape architecture and civil engineering firm. We are currently working on the spring 2006 edition of InSite, making it the ninth issue produced by Bishoff for Geller DeVellis, Inc.

• Award of Distinction - "McDonald's Brews a Java War"

Bishoff greatly increased exposure of McDonald's new premium coffee by receiving major coverage around the launch of Newman's Own© Organic Coffee in the eastern New England region, including a three-column full-color front page business feature in the Boston Globe.

• Honorable Mention - "Geller: Keeping in Context with the Community"

As part of an ongoing public relations campaign for the landscape architecture and civil engineering firm Geller DeVellis, Inc., Bishoff wrote and secured placement of a by-lined article on the site design of affordable housing developments in Urban Land, the official publication of the highly regarded Urban Land Institute.
