SERVICES Media Relations Media Relations is often at the heart and soul of programs that we create for our clients. As skilled media practitioners, we work regularly with local, regional, and national print and broadcast media. We have strong relationships with a wide range of reporters, editors, and producers, and understand what the media require to report a story. Moreover, it is our eye for identifying what makes the client distinct that enables us to effectively package and communicate this information to the media and obtain the best outcomes. It is our job to uncover the remarkable stories in each of our clients' companies or organizations and make sure that their story is told. Crisis Communications We regularly assist companies and organizations in crisis situations. We have adroitly handled wide-ranging issues and situations from accidents, crimes, and fatalities to lay-offs, food safety, strikes, sexual harassment lawsuits and many other complex situations. Working in close collaboration with our clients and their other professional advisors - often including their legal teams, we develop the plans, strategies, tactics and messages, write and distribute statements and media materials, plan and coordinate news conferences or media availabilities, and often serve as spokespeople. Since emergencies rarely occur between nine and five Monday through Friday, we make ourselves available to our clients for crises 24/7. This expertise also enables us to provide all of our clients with a valuable perspective on both pro-active public relations and crisis planning.
